Custom-Made Products
At WeCraftDreams, we create personalized, made-to-order products specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of our items:
- Standard returns are not accepted for items that meet our quality standards and match your specified design
- We cannot accept returns based on changes of mind, incorrect personalization details provided by customers, or style preferences
When Returns Are Accepted
We will accept returns and provide refunds or replacements in the following situations:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects
- Incorrect Items: If we sent you a product different from what you ordered
- Missing Items: If your order is incomplete or never arrived
- Quality Issues: If the product does not meet our stated quality standards
Return Process
If your product meets the criteria for return:

- Include in Your Email:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
- Our Response: Our customer service team will review your request within 2 business days
- Return Authorization: If approved, we will provide return instructions or arrange for a replacement
Refund Options
Depending on the situation, we offer:
- Replacement: We’ll create and ship a new product at no cost to you
- Store Credit: Full value of your purchase to use on future orders
- Full Refund: Returned to your original payment method
Shipping for Returns
For approved returns due to our error or product defects:
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
- Shipping costs for both the return and replacement shipment will be covered by WeCraftDreams
Processing Timeline
- Return Review: 1-2 business days after we receive your email and photos
- Replacement Production: 3-7 business days for custom items
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item, with an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Digital design files
- Items that have been altered, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or purchased at special discount events
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our personalized products. If you’re not completely satisfied with the craftsmanship or print quality of your item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
